Delete all Photos From iPhone

The storage space on the iPhone is running out again and you want to delete old photos? This is the fastest way.

Well-known problem: your iPhone storage is full. Often this is due to a large number of photos resting on the smartphone. Unfortunately, there is no function that empties the entire photo memory of the iPhone at once. However, there are two methods you can use to quickly delete the photos from your iPhone. We show you how it works.

Note: With both methods, the deleted photos still end up in the “Recently deleted” album. From this, the photos must be permanently deleted so that they are removed from the device.

1. Erase Moments

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the quick start guide.

1st step: Open the Photos app on your iPhone and tap “Photos” in the lower-left corner. Make sure Collections is open and tap the photos under a date (Important: Don’t tap the date itself).

2nd step: Tap “Select” in the upper right corner.

3rd step: Now mark all the moments by always tapping on “Select” next to the date.

4th step: All photos are now marked. Tap the trash icon in the lower right to delete them.

5th step: Confirm the deletion by tapping on “delete photos“.

2. Mark and Delete Photos

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the quick start guide.

1st step: Open the Photos app on your iPhone. At the bottom right, tap Albums and select Recordings.
2nd step: Now tap on “Select” in the upper right corner.
3rd step: You can now select all images very quickly by swiping your finger across the photos and ticking them with a blue tick.
4th step: When you have marked all photos, tap on the trash can in the lower right corner.
5th step: Before the pictures are deleted, you will be asked again for confirmation. Tap “Delete Photos”.
